"The Jimmy Reid Statefarm team is the only insurance company I have maintained insurance coverage with for over thirty years and recommend to family and friends. From auto, to home, to life, to catastrophe, my contact with them has always been positive and the team is sensitive to the needs of their customers in developing a policy that fits your cost and needs. One specific agent, Elizabeth, is above and beyond, and she’s my favorite. She is always calm, cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and resolves my issues in a timely and professional manner, asking questions I had not even thought of. Just recently she helped me with two separate issues (home and life) resolving both within less than 8 hours. It doesn’t matter who answers the phone, each and every one is a true professional. I am a customer for life and if you need assistance in the area of insurance needs/coverage you should give them a call. Trust me, you won’t regret it. "Karen has been great as my daughter’s State Farm agent in Maryland/Virginia. Upon graduating, she moved to the area and had to come off our insurance. She opted for State Farm because that is what we use in Tennessee and they have always been great for us. Karen has turned out to be just as great in her territory. She has helped get her step up in Maryland and then Virginia, navigating the maze of getting cars registered, titled, and insured in those states.
