"The thoroughness of Karen Fenedick’s help amazed me. I had a few questions about how my auto insurance policies applied to rented vehicles and whether they covered rented trailers as well. First, she answered my questions immediately, and then she called back with more specifics after confirming everything with the policy document as well as consulting with some colleagues. She also reviewed the coverage components of my policies and recommended a couple small changes. One very inexpensive change was adding coverage for the daily rate that would be charged every day a vehicle was out of service if it had to be repaired. I would not have thought about that. She took time to understand my scenario and explain coverage details in the context of my specific scenario. Karen also updated me on my accident-free discounts and alerted me that some policy holder dividend checks would be coming soon.
