I want to give a HUGE shout-out for Karen Fenedick, my insurance account rep with the Jimmy Reed State Farm agency, with whom I worked to secure coverage for a hard-to-insure Subaru Sambar Kei truck. From the initial contact through to the final successful obtaining of the coverage, she was engaged in the process and even helped work through the details of my complicated account with the MVA to ensure that everything was copacetic. Karen is very effective, knowledgeable and a great communicator - and I highly recommend her.

One specific agent, Elizabeth, is above and beyond, and she’s my favorite. She is always calm, cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and resolves my issues in a timely and professional manner, asking questions I had not even thought of. Just recently she helped me with two separate issues (home and life) resolving both within less than 8 hours. It doesn’t matter who answers the phone, each and every one is a true professional. I am a customer for life and if you need assistance in the area of insurance needs/coverage you should give them a call. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Guess what: I have never met Jimmy Reid but I have received name and address stickers I used on my pencils and pens at work and holiday cards from the company.
