From auto, to home, to life, to catastrophe, my contact with them has always been positive and the team is sensitive to the needs of their customers in developing a policy that fits your cost and needs. One specific agent, Elizabeth, is above and beyond, and she’s my favorite. She is always calm, cordial, extremely knowledgeable, and resolves my issues in a timely and professional manner, asking questions I had not even thought of. Just recently she helped me with two separate issues (home and life) resolving both within less than 8 hours. It doesn’t matter who answers the phone, each and every one is a true professional. I am a customer for life and if you need assistance in the area of insurance needs/coverage you should give them a call. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Guess what: I have never met Jimmy Reid but I have received name and address stickers I used on my pencils and pens at work and holiday cards from the company.
